We arrive, set up and serve, so planners and hosts can stay focused on the event.
Our baristas prepare espressos, cappuccinos, lattés and specialty drinks one at a time, just the way each guest likes them. Hot, iced or furiously frozen, with a choice of seasonal syrups and milks.
Great coffee comes first. From there, we can make the experience your own, with signature drinks, custom menus, Beverage Toppers® and other ways to personalize the coffee bar for your event.
We serve events from 10 guests to more than 1,000, with one mobile coffee cart or multiple espresso stations when the guest count calls for it.

We used Espresso Dave for our Wedding in Boston March 2026. Dave was professional, quick with responses. The coffee cart was super cute, guests loved it. We used a foam topper of our dog and loved it. Highly recommend.

Had Espresso Dave’s provide coffee service for a brunch at our house the day after our wedding. They were AMAZING. Showed up early, setup, served coffee, cleaned up and left. He was a very popular addition to the evening, providing a little pick-me-up as people were hitting the dance floor.
