Dave Salzman, a.k.a. Espresso Dave, founder of Espresso Dave’s Coffee Catering, loves coffee. In 1993, Dave was a man on a mission. Tired of drinking stale, mediocre coffee at weddings and conferences, Dave decided it was time to improve the way coffee was offered at events.
His approach? To develop a seamless, high volume, mobile espresso bar service for events of all sizes. Dave’s personalized service would complement and enhance — not compete with — the food and beverage service you typically find at weddings, parties, trade shows, conferences, etc.
We’re happy to report that Espresso Dave’s coffee catering debut was a resounding success! As word spread, Dave’s mobile espresso bar service became the talk of the Boston hospitality scene.
