We set up an onsite espresso bar experience as a coffee bar at your wedding reception, serving unlimited, made-to-order drinks. Since 1993, our caffeinated cheer has helped make wedding receptions unforgettable throughout Boston and New England.
Our skilled baristas keep your wedding coffee bar running smoothly during the reception, so planners and couples stay focused on the celebration.
Cappuccinos, espressos, and lattés pair beautifully with wedding cake and desserts. Served hot, iced, or furiously frozen, our baristas bring the charm of a café to your reception. Your guests enjoy drinks made just the way they like them, without limits.
Personalize the experience with distinctive, photo-worthy details like custom Beverage Toppers featuring names, monograms, or wedding designs, and our signature Bubble Cloud experience — an unexpected moment guests are drawn to.

Easy Planning for Your Wedding Coffee Bar
It’s easy to hire us for your wedding. Our standard package includes two hours of unlimited espresso bar service, a mobile cart, a professionally dressed barista, and more (see details below). If you’d like us to serve longer, let us know when you book.
Espresso Dave’s adds caffeinated cheer to your “I Do’s” and the celebration that follows.

Espresso Dave's Signature Experience
Your two-hour, unlimited espresso bar experience begins with our popular Core Menu, featuring guest-favorite coffees, seasonal specialties, and signature creations.
Espressos, cappuccinos, lattés, and mochaccinos anchor the menu, with chai and matcha lattés for tea lovers. Hot, iced, or furiously frozen, our baristas prepare every drink to order—including decaf.
The experience also includes seasonal syrups, sweeteners, and a full selection of dairy and non-dairy milks. For special dietary needs, or for Kosher or Halal service, simply let us know in advance.
CAPPUCCINO

If you’re looking for alcohol-free, caffeine-free or kid-friendly drinks for your event, we’ve got you covered with our seasonal beverage bars. During the warmer months, we set up fruit smoothie and Italian soda bars, and during the colder months, we have hot cocoa bars. Our creative baristas make each cup of hot cocoa with rich, gourmet chocolate and equally scrumptious toppings, like marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed peppermint, or toasted coconut.

Essential Details to know when you hire us:
- We're all about serving up unlimited, consistently delicious, specialty coffees with a smile, no matter how many people at your event.
- Whether it's day or night, we can set up indoors or outside.
- We’re at home in a VIP lounge, on the beach, in a house of worship, social club, or in a hotel ballroom.
- All we need is 5 feet of space and a dedicated 110v/15amp outlet.
- We don’t require a water hookup or plumbing.
- In 30 minutes or less, we're set up and packed up.
- Our portable espresso carts are available in silver, gold, white, or black.
- We'll personalize your guests’ coffees with edible toppers showcasing your monogram, message, or photo!
- Our espresso bar can be set up on a skirted table or bar, if you prefer.
- Disposable, recyclable cups are included with the service. For glassware or china, consult with your caterer, event planner or venue.
